In-School Hour of Code Workshop

CodeMonkey aims to promote K12 coding. It partened with Code.org as part of the Hour of Code Initiative since 2014, in order to provide an equal opportunity for children learn to code.

CodeMonkey teaches the real programming language and the foundation coding concepts, hopes to raise students’ interest in coding and trains up students’ computational thinking, organizing and problem solving skill.

Coding Olympics competition provides a great opportunity for students to train up their computational skill and brings fun to them. Coding Olympics has been running at its birthplace, Israel for 4 years, and extended to other countries, like US, Canada, Japan and Hong Kong. CodeMonkey aims to encourage students learn coding, promote coding education as well as train up and strengthen students’ problem solving skill, critical, logical and analytical thinking.
