Coding Olympics的初賽即將舉行！各參加者謹記於指定時間：2019年8月12日（星期一）上午10時 – 8月19日（星期一）上午10時內於網上完成初賽關卡。
初賽問與答：
A: 是由以色列CodeMonkey團隊設計的。
A: 初賽開始後，參賽者將於其帳戶內自動解鎖初賽關卡。
A: 參賽者可於家中／學校／圖書館等地方進行初賽。
A: 比賽關卡的語句(syntax)與CodeMonkey練習關卡略有不同，目的在於鍛鍊學生的解難能力與發揮邏輯及運算等思維。請放心，比賽關卡與CodeMonkey練習關卡一樣有提示及Hybrid按鈕幫助學生寫入代碼。
A: 初賽一共有20個關卡。
A: 首15隊平均得分最高的隊伍 及 首30名得分最高個人賽參賽者將出線。
A: 與CodeMonkey關卡一樣採用自動評分系統，一星等於一分。個人賽計算每關得分的總和；團體賽則計算各隊員的平均分。若出現同分情況，則計算最快完成關卡的學生。
A: 初賽出線者將與8月25日（星期日）上午10-12時於香港電競館參與決賽！

First Stage FAQ:
A: Coding Olympics competition challenges is designed by Israel CodeMonkey team.
A: The competition challenges will automatically unlocked once the competition start.
A: Participants can conduct the first stage competition at home / school / library, etc.
A: The syntax of competition challenges are a bit different from the CodeMonkey exercises, in order to train up students’ problem solving skill as well as practice their critical and computational thinking. But please don’t worry. The competition challenges also have tips and hybrid buttons to help students type the codes.
A: 20 challenges.
A: The top 15 high score average of teams and the top 30 individual participants are qualified for the final stage.
A: Competition challenges are same with CodeMonkey exercises. It adopts to use the auto-scoring system. Individual competition counts the sum of the stars that each student got. Team competition counts the average of stars. The one who finish faster will be the winner if teams or individuals got the same score.
A: Final stage participants will be invited to join the final stage on 25th Aug (Sunday) 10am-12pm at CGA eSports Stadium!
